Description

Christian Church Conference Center, Bethany Beach, DE seeks Seasonal Camp Cook. Church-owned Center hosts church/non-profit groups of up to 80 guests during spring/fall weekends and daily all summer.

Duties: develop healthy menus within budget, prepare purchase orders, ensure sanitary preparation/equipment, oversee food service operations, train staff, and cook.

Rotating day/evening shifts when possible. Must be avail. for lunch/dinner shift most Saturday nights May-to-Early October & at least 4 nights weekly mid-June through Sept 7.

Qualifications

AA degree in Cooking or similar cert. from Culinary program preferred. Must have valid ServSafe Manager Certification. Background check and valid drivers license required.
